The Wilson Crow Team goes to great lengths to provide the absolute best buying experience for our clients; not because of some job description we have, but because that’s the standard we hold ourselves to. It’s the discipline to be the first ones in the office and the determination to find the perfect property for each client. It’s the drive to negotiate the best deal, and the belief that we have a duty to point out resale issues. It’s the care to have an upstanding reputation in the community, and the understanding that a good longstanding relationship with fellow Realtors is vital. That’s what sets us apart.

In 2001, Wilson Crow set out to create this “standard” by building his business and reputation on the simple premise of putting his clients’ needs first. Oftentimes this meant steering people away from a home purchase when he didn’t think the opportunity was right. Clients took note of his approach, and 17 years later, over 70% of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals. In fact, Wilson has helped many of his clients buy 2, 3 or even 4 homes!

As more clients entrusted him with their real estate needs, Wilson anticipated that he wouldn’t be able to do it all alone while still maintaining his high level of service. It took nearly two years of searching for the right people to fulfill his vision of an elite, tight-knit real estate team.

Knowing that a Realtor’s availability is one of the most important facets of providing the ultimate buyer experience, Wilson developed a tight knit team around our clients’ needs and their schedule. In order to provide as much availability to his clients, Wilson sought to add a team member who shared the same philosophy in customer service.  The long journey ended when Wilson crossed paths with Kelly Young.  Kelly, who obtained her real estate license in 2008, embodies the same philosophy and brings amazing vision and design ideas to our clients needs. Kelly serves as our team leader for assisting our buying clients.

Wilson also understood that a smooth buying experience and timely communication was next in line of importance. Aimee Martini, the team’s sales coordinator, is dedicated exclusively to enhancing the customer experience and making each transaction run smoothly. Aimee, whose was a teacher for over 10 years, exhibits remarkable attention to detail while overseeing countless tasks. Yet, what has distinguished her most is her selfless character to bend over backwards for clients and her unrelenting work ethic. As sales coordinator, Aimee oversees all details to ensure a seamless sales process for each client. She even has dry erase boards to prove it!
